It could be several things from the looks of it in the picture. I woud take it to a local nurseryman and see if they can help you.
It COULD be a kalanchoe species; but maybe not. |

It is definately a kalanchoe. I have one just like it that I repotted today. To be more specific it is a "Kalanchoe daigremontiana", often called Mexican hat plant, and mother of thousands (or millions), because of it's unique self-propigating habit.
