The sound of birds can present a wonderful picture in any garden. Luckily enough, there are specific breeds of flowers that are popularly known to attract birds, especially the beautiful hummingbirds. Opt for planting showy flowers since birds are naturally attracted to shades of red, purple, white and pink, and those that are especially rich in nectar. Here are the lists of flowers that are known to attract birds:

    Bee Balm
    Red Columbine
    Delphinium and Hollyhock
    Butterfly Bush
    Catawba Rhododendron
    Rose of Sharon
    Trumpet Vine
    Cardinal Vine
    Lantana and Fuchsia
    Silk Tree
